Technical and Database Support Consultant
Provides specialized on-site technical assistance during real estate closings, traveling with the notary to client locations and ensuring seamless setup, calibration, and operation of mobile scanning and digital capture equipment. Conducts efficient, high-quality scans of executed documents, verifying clarity, completeness, and proper indexing before managing secure transmission to lenders, title agencies, and other stakeholders. Troubleshoots technical issues in real time and supports closing teams to maintain a smooth, efficient, and professional signing experience.
In addition to on-site technical support, manages comprehensive database and CRM operations. Accurately enters and updates client information within HubSpot CRM and the CamCard database, ensuring clean, organized, and actionable data for business development and client engagement. Oversees all order entry, workflow tracking, and assignment management within the Notary Gadget CRM, maintaining up-to-date records that support operational accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery. Provides ongoing data integrity oversight to strengthen reporting, analytics, and informed decision-making across the organization.
